Mandated Reporting in Florida for Home Health Aides - 3 Hours

Healthcare professionals such as Home Health Aides are mandated reporters, meaning they have a legal obligation to report suspected or known instances of abuse or neglect, particularly of children and vulnerable adults, to the appropriate authorities. This course teaches Home Health Aides (HHAs) how to identify and report incidents of abuse and suspected abuse to the correct authorities. This course is recommended for Home Health Aides (HHAs) only.
