Our Client has opeings in Dayton WA for Acute Care RN's thier department staffing has 1-2 CNA’s staffed to assist RN’s with patient care. As a Critical Access Hospital, our Nursing Leadership steps up to the plate to assist on the floor, working elbow to elbow with staff to give our community the care they need. We offer hands-on training, as we have Simulation’s available for education and skills practice. New Nurses under 1 yr, New Grads, and/or 1-2 years experience will all be considered!! They will train!! Compensation and Benefits: Compensation: $36.00 - $51.76 per hour, based on years of experience, education, and licensing $7.00 Shift Differential for Nights (6:45pm - 7:15am) Additional Shift Differentials for Weekends, Preceptor, Charge, or Supervisor shifts! Bachelor of Nursing Degree includes a $2.00 increase on base wage! Increase for additional certifications (Approved Nationally recognized accredited specialty certifications) $7,500 Sign-On Bonus included! Day and Night Shifts Available: Days - 6:45am - 7:15pm; Nights 6:45pm - 7:15am Full-Time, 36 hours per week or Per Diem 3 days on, 4 days off and rotating weekends Will float to other units as needed Full-Time Benefits include: Medical/Dental/Vision & Basic Life Insurance; eligibility to participate in a 401K Plan, as well as PTO and Sick Time Accruals As a member of the Acute Care and Emergency Department nursing staff, you will evaluate diagnostic tests, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate provision of safe patient care while finding collaborative solutions. We are looking for an individual who can adapt and is willing to learn, and has ED experience. This position may float to other units as needed. To be successful in this you will hold an active Washington State Registered Nursing license or Multi-State Registered Nurse License. Show us that you have ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and BLS - if not, we will provide the training!
