OUR CLIENT IN DAYTON WA has CNA or HCA openings for Assisted Living Caregivers! If you are interested and open to a new adventure at the base of the Blue Mountains! They have 4 cottages that differ in their level of care; each cottage has 10-rooms, with the ability to hold 11 residents. Assisted Living Facility opened their doors in February 2023 and benefits by having the support of the overall health system; located on the same campus as the Critical Access Hospital and Rehabilitation facilities plus many more services. Compensation and Benefits: Compensation based on years of experience: Home Care Aides: $19.00 - $23.10 per hour Certified Nursing Assistants: $20.50 - $25.63 per hour Shift Differentials Available for Evenings, Nights, and Weekends! $3,000 Sign-On Bonus included! Full-Time Shifts Available: Days (5:30am - 6pm) Nights (5:30pm - 6am) In this role, you will love to care for others and advocate for the residents. You are expected to deliver total care in assisting residents with their daily living. You will observe residents for changes in physical, emotional, or behavioral conditions and chart those changes in Point Click Care. This position requires a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide license with Washington State; we will accept applicants with a Nursing Assistant - Registered (RNA) license - show us you want to grow and obtain your CNA!
