About the Job
We are looking to hire Full-Time RN's for our Emergency Department. As a member of the Acute Care and Emergency Department nursing staff, you will evaluate diagnostic tests, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate provision of safe patient care while finding collaborative solutions. We are looking for an individual who can adapt and is willing to learn, and has ED experience. This position may float to other units as needed. Compensation and Benefits: Compensation: $43.00 - $57.04 per hour, based on years of experience, education, and licensing Shift Differential added into hourly rate above ($36.00 - $50.04 + $7.00 Night Shift Differential) Additional Shift Differentials for Weekends, Preceptor, Charge, or Supervisor shifts! Bachelor of Nursing Degree includes a $2.00 increase on base wage! Increase for additional certifications (Approved Nationally recognized accredited specialty certifications) Sign-On Bonus included! Night Shift Available (6:45pm - 7:15am): Full-Time, 36 hours per week or Per Diem 3 days on, 4 days off and rotating weekends Will float to other units as needed To be successful in this you will hold an active Washington State Registered Nursing license or Multi-State Registered Nurse License.
