About the Job

Our Client in Gravette, AR is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Radiology Technologist with experience in both X-ray and CT imaging to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a patient-focused environment. MRI experience is a plus. This role is critical for supporting weekend operations, ensuring accurate imaging for timely diagnosis and treatment. Compensation: • X-Ray with CT: $35-$37/hour • X-Ray with CT and MRI: $40/hour Shift: Three options available in order of preference • Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM • Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM • Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, 6:00 AM – 7:30 PM Key Responsibilities: • Perform diagnostic X-ray and CT imaging procedures according to established protocols and safety standards. • Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures while ensuring their comfort and safety. • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness. • Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to review images for diagnostic purposes. • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements. • Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and infection control protocols at all times. • Provide excellent patient care and address patient concerns professionally. • Assist in MRI imaging procedures as needed (if experienced). • Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives within the radiology department. Qualifications: • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Radiography. • Certification in CT preferred. • MRI certification is a plus. • Must hold a valid radiologic technologist license as required by the state of Arkansas. Skills and Abilities: • Proficiency in operating X-ray and CT equipment. • Strong knowledge of radiographic techniques, anatomy, and patient positioning. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts. • Commitment to patient safety and high-quality imaging standards.
