About the Job
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the functions of Quality Improvement, Risk Management, and Clinical Compliance. You will be able to support Quality Initiatives facility wide, ensure collection, monitoring, analysis and reporting of quality measures and outcomes; in Risk Management you will consult with a Risk Insurance provider, promote, support and facilitate the use of Root Cause Analysis processes, oversee the Patient Advocacy program, and promote overall patient and employee safety; in Clinical Compliance, you will provide HIPAA and confidentiality training, assist with annual updates to District's Compliance plan, monitor and respond to the compliance hotline, and serve as the primary point of contact for communication with DNV accreditation team. You will work collaboratively with fellow stakeholders, including staff, patients/families, and board members. To be successful in this role, you will have clinical and leadership experience as well as great customer service skills; a Registered Nurse license or Certified Professional Healthcare Quality certificate is preferred. Compensation: $83,000 - $130,000 Annual Salary Full-Time, 40 hours/week
