Check Your Eligibility

BScN or GNM from an accredited institution
- UAE: DOH, DHA, MOH
- Saudi Arabia: SCFHS
- QATAR: QQCHP
- OMAN: OMSB

- Bahrain: NHRA
- Jordan: JNC
Step 02
Prove Your English Proficiency
If English is not your first language, you must pass one of the following:
IELTS, OET, TOEFL iBT, PTE Academic.
- IELTS: Overall 6.5 (no band lower than 6.0).
- OET: Minimum Grade C+ in all sub-tests.
- TOEFL iBT: Score of 79+
- PTE Academic: Score of 65+
- Jordan and Bahrain waive this if you trained or worked in an English-speaking system.
Step 03
Get Your Credentials Verified
Before applying for your license, you’ll need to verify your credentials through
DataFlow,
the official verification partner across the Middle Eastern countries.
- Upload: Upload your degree, license, experience certificates and any other educational documents on CaresLink.
- Verify: DataFlow and CaresLink conduct primary source verification (PSV).
- Get Report: Once approved, you’ll receive a DataFlow report used to apply for licensure.
Step 04
Pass the Prometric Exam
Middle Eastern countries require a Prometric or Pearson Vue-based licensing exam to assess your clinical knowledge.
- Exam Format: Multiple-choice, computer-based tes.
- Test Locations: Available globally in Prometric centers.
- Validity: Prometric results are typically valid for 2–5 years.

Step 05
Apply for Your Nursing License
Once your DataFlow report and Prometric results are ready, CaresLink will apply to the relevant licensing authority for you:

Secure Your Job Offer & Visa
To work legally, you’ll need an employer-sponsored visa. Here's how:
- Get a Job Offer: From a licensed hospital, clinic, or recruitment agency.
- Receive a Visa Sponsorship: The employer will initiate the visa process
- Submit Documents: Including passport, medical tests, and background checks.
- Receive Your Work Visa: Hello World Typically valid for 1–2 years, renewable.
